Whether you're looking for medical nutrition therapy for conditions like diabetes and high cholesterol to weight loss, enhancing sports performance to relief for gastrointestinal conditions, Sharon is ready to help.
When she’s not busy helping people improve their lives with nutrition interventions, Sharon enjoys a working out daily with the live trainers on The Next Fitness Thing, drinking espresso, walking her rescue dog, or relaxing with puzzles and true crime stories with her father.
Sharon’s passion for nutrition started in high school, always curious about the impact food and nutrition had on performance. When her mom was first diagnosed with cancer she wanted to learn as much as possible regarding the connection between food and chronic diseases. Never able to silence her desire for nutrition knowledge, she pursued her Master's Degree in Nutritional Science and followed her calling to become a Registered Dietitian.
